In celebration of National Bike Month, the City of Meridian Parks and Recreation invites the community to the Explore Outdoors Bicycle Bonanza, a high-energy event dedicated to cycling, outdoor recreation, and community hosted in Discovery Park.

About the Event
The event features a live freestyle BMX stunt show produced by Elevated Performance, led by professional rider Joey Cordova. Cordova is a nationally recognized BMX athlete. His team of elite riders will showcase gravity-defying tricks, jumps, and precision riding at 11:30 a.m. After the show, the team will offer tips on the Discovery Park BMX track.
Another highlight of the event is the opportunity to connect with local businesses and organizations that support cycling and outdoor recreation in the Treasure Valley, including:
-Local bike shops Score Outdoors and Kore North
-Local riding organizations, City Cycling Guide, and Idaho BMX
-Road skills training & tips by Meridian Police Department & Ada County Highway District
-Vendor booths showcasing the latest in bikes and gear from Sibling Rivalry and Sizzlak Industries
