About the Event
Offering Boise residents a free opportunity to repair broken household items with the help of skilled local volunteers. Attendees may bring one item in need of repair, and volunteers will work alongside them to fix clothing and textiles, jewelry, small electronics and appliances, toys, and other non-electrical household items weighing less than 50 pounds.
The event helps residents reduce waste, extend the life of everyday items, learn new repair skills, and connect with others in the community. As part of a global network of more than 3,000 Repair Cafés, the event supports the City of Boise's commitment to waste reduction and sustainability by encouraging repair over disposal. The event is free and open to everyone.
Item Limit: Bring one item per person. Item must weigh 50 pounds or less and able to be carried into the event.
