Join True North Yoga to enjoy a night just for you, to move, relax, laugh, and connect! We'll start with a super chill yoga flow (no experience needed) and melt right into a dreamy sound bath to help you unwind. Ages 12-18 welcome. There will be springtime snacks, drinks, music, and good vibes!
